At Horror Vibes Coffee, we want every purchase to feel like a perfect brew—not a bad omen. If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds work.
14-Day Refund Window
We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, the portal closes and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, items must:

Merchandise that shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost. No curses involved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
