Thank you for summoning merchandise from Horror Vibes Coffee. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our lair to your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been prepared and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather or natural events

  • High order volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Horror Vibes Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Horror Vibes Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier directly. You are welcome to reach out to us as well—we’ll help however we can, even if the trail grows cold.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
